I agree to abide by the rules and regulations governing the Old Reliable Pleasure Club, Inc. By submission of this form, I understand that I must wear my costume, headpiece, and mask for the entire parade and act in such a manner that will not bring disgrace to myself or The Old Reliable Pleasure Club, Inc. I further understand that the discounted dues for the 2025-2026 Carnival Season are $475.00. I acknowledge that I must wear a harness during the parade and agree to purchase that harness from The Old Reliable Pleasure Club. Dues are non-refundable / non-transferrable.
